Return & Refund Policy

Transparent guidelines for returns, replacements, and refunds

At Aqua Super, we aim to provide you with high-quality mineral water and a reliable delivery experience. Due to the consumable nature of our products, we have specific conditions under which returns, replacements, or refunds may be offered.

1. Eligibility for Returns / Replacements

We accept return or replacement requests only in the following cases:

  • The product is received in a damaged or leaking condition.
  • The product packaging appears tampered with at the time of delivery.
  • The wrong product or quantity has been delivered.

We do not accept returns for reasons such as taste preference, change of mind, or if the product has been opened/used after successful delivery (unless damaged or defective).

2. Time Frame for Raising a Request

24 Hours

Any issues must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the order. Requests raised after this period may not be eligible for return or replacement.

3. How to Raise a Return or Replacement Request

Please email us at support@aquasuper.in with:

  • Your Order ID
  • Details of the issue
  • Clear photos or video of the product and packaging showing the defect/damage

Our team will review your request and respond with the next steps.

4. Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your request and required evidence, we may:

  • Approve a replacement shipment, or
  • Offer a refund if replacement is not possible.

5. Refunds

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original method of payment within approximately 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled by you only before they are dispatched.
  • Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
  • If an order is canceled before dispatch, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

7. Non-Delivery or Wrong Delivery

If you do not receive your order or receive the wrong order, please contact us within 24 hours of the expected delivery date with your Order ID. We will investigate and, if verified, arrange a replacement or refund.
