At Aqua Super, we strive to deliver your mineral water safely and on time. This Shipping Policy describes how we process and deliver orders placed on https://aquasuper.in.

1. Service Areas

We currently deliver to selected locations in India. Availability of delivery to your address will be shown at checkout. If your area is not serviceable, you will not be able to complete the order.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 24 hours on working days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

4. Shipping Charges

5. Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS.
  • When the order is dispatched, you may receive an update with delivery details, if available.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the delivery partner is unable to deliver due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or other customer-related reasons, they may attempt redelivery or contact you. If delivery is ultimately unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us and additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Damaged or Leaking Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, or appears tampered with, please:

  • Reject the delivery, if possible, and inform the delivery partner.
  • Or contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@aquasuper.in with your order ID and clear photos/video of the issue.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or take appropriate action as per our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Change of Delivery Address

If you need to change the delivery address after placing the order, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once the order is dispatched.
